DIA offers memberships, associateships, partnerships in a three-tier structure across two categories of change makers: Action Group and Catalyst Group.
Action Group
The Action Group comprises of organisations across the six sectors of energy consumers—public electricity generation, industries, transport, agriculture and built environment—who need to decarbonise their energy consumption. DIA will support these members in setting out on their decarbonisation journeys as well as providing access to information, discounted energy audits, and technical solutions to help them deliver. This ensures Action Group members are future-ready as more stringent regulation come into effect.

Catalyst Group
The Catalyst Group includes all individuals and organisations that may provide support to services and/or products that enable decarbonisation of Action Group members. These may include manufacturers/vendors of new technologies for energy users, service providers such as renewable energy integrators and energy auditors, academic and research institutions, NGOs, among others. DIA provides Catalyst Group members a chance to meet and market their solutions to the Action Group to enable their efforts towards net-zero.
Examples of Catalyst Group: manufacturers of energy efficient/energy saving equipment and new technologies for energy efficiency/decarbonisation, energy service companies, energy auditors, financial institutions, academic and research institutions, NGOs.
